PSC1 : formation au premier secours, indispensable pour pouvoir participer aux stages FFRS.
FCB : Formation Commune de Base : 1er niveau de formation
Stage M1 : formation complémentaire premier niveau
Stage M2 : formation optionnelle dans la discipline choisie (rando, raquette, marche nordique, etc...)
Stage AS : formation des accompagnants sportifs
